Drexler Investments LLC is an Oregon limited liability company (Registry No. 261558598) that purchases residential and commercial property for its own account. We are not real-estate brokers and we do not act as your agent; contacting us creates no brokerage or agency relationship.

What sending us a price means

Sending your price through this site, by phone or by mail is an invitation for us to look at your property. It is not a contract, and our reply is not an offer to purchase. A purchase happens only when both sides sign written terms, and every closing runs through a licensed Oregon title and escrow company, which holds all funds.

No pressure, no fees

You pay us nothing at any point. We do not charge fees, commissions or costs to sellers, and you are free to stop the conversation at any time.
