Drexler Investments LLC is a private company that buys property for its own account. This page says what information we hold, where it comes from, what we do with it, and how to tell us to stop.

If you send us your price

The form on this site asks for your name, phone, email, the property address and the price you would take. We use it for one purpose: to evaluate the property and get back to you with an answer. The form is delivered to us by Netlify (our website host) and stored in our own deal records. We do not sell, rent or share it with advertisers, data brokers, agents or anyone outside our team and the licensed title and escrow professionals needed to close a purchase.

If you received a letter from us

Our mailing lists are built from public records — county assessor, recorder and court filings in Oregon. Those documents are public; we do not add to them and we do not buy consumer data. If you do not want another letter, tell us by phone, email or mail and we will mark your property so it is never mailed again. Mail that comes back undeliverable is marked the same way.

This website

The site is served over HTTPS and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Netlify records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run the site.
